How It Works

Step by Step

Step 1

Before starting our first workout, it is important that I get to know you. This means your goals, motivation, what you expect from our work together, and some other info. In addition, I need to perform a diagnostic assessment to see any possible muscle imbalances, movement limitations, and areas where you can improve your performance. All of this information allows me to create the best possible plan for you. This process typically takes about 45-90 minutes.
