About Me

My Name Is Elese Sommerová and This Is My Story.
My lifelong pursuit is to connect people with science-backed strength training and help them achieve their goals, big or small.
Sport has been a big part of my life from a young age. At age 8, I started to alpine ski race which eventually led me to strength training. This has not only led to better performances but also injury prevention. Through hard work and determination, I am a member of the Czech National Team, an Olympian, and a professional alpine skier.
I took my passion for sports and I am currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in exercise science at Charles University in Prague. This allows me to better connect my practical experience from my athletic career to the theoretical aspects of strength and conditioning.
Strength training is not simply lifting heavy weights over and over again. It includes executing exercises with proper technique, using an individualized approach, and gradually increasing the intensity as well as the difficulty of the exercises used. From my own experiences, I can confidently say that strength training can be used not only to improve performance but to also live a pain-free and healthy life.
